Investigations

An investigation is Rupt's agent verifying what a user claims about themselves. You hand it the account, the claims and any links or text you hold, and it gathers the account's Rupt history, breaks the material into claims, checks each one against open sources and Rupt's own records, and returns a decision with the evidence behind it. It runs in the background: create it, then poll or wait for the webhook.
