Signals versus a fraud engine.
IPQS hands back facts about an object. This IP is a residential proxy. This phone number is VoIP. Those are useful, and the data underneath is legitimately good.
But you have to do a lot of work to interpret what the data means and how it can be used. On top of that, you have to build a decisioning engine to classify what is acceptable and what is not. Then you need to build a real & robust challenge engine on top of it all.

Migrating from IPQualityScore.
- 01
Add the Rupt SDK and call evaluate() on login, signup, and the actions you care about. The four endpoints you were calling per event collapse into one, and fingerprinting is included rather than quoted. Data starts flowing the same day.

Delete the stitching layer. Read evaluations server-side and one GET request returns the verdict, scored risks, fingerprint, and device ID, along with email, IP, and phone intelligence in a single response shape.

Rebuild your custom rules as policies and run them in observe mode against real traffic. Most IPQS rules translate directly, and the ones you couldn't express before, velocity over a time window, linked accounts, history on the user, are now available to write. Nothing challenges or blocks until you say so.

Replace Fraud Flow links with challenge verdicts. Where you were generating a hosted link and handling the result yourself, the engine now delivers the email or SMS challenge and resolves the account when it clears, billed $0.10 per delivery. Keep IPQS for anything outside the account journey, like URL scanning or list scrubbing, if you use it for that.
